New practical guidance from the EU on green Cleaning products and services is the focus of this month’s edition. The guidance comes in the form of practical criteria - for ease of including into Calls for Tenders.

In addition to the updated guidance for cleaning, this edition showcases the recent work done by the Government of Catalonia in implementing their large framework contract for cleaning services.

November’s interview provides an insight into the strategic organisation and aims of City of Amsterdam, in terms of public procurement. Anita Poort from the Directorate of Legal Affairs in Amsterdam’s city administration shares her experiences and thoughts for the future.
