DUE TO RUSSIAN AGGRESSION ON UKRAINE (WHICH BEGUN ON 24.02.2022), ALL INTERNATIONAL ENERGY PRICES WENT UP TO A NEW LEVEL. Prices for Euro 95, diesel, heating oil, and LPG eased down due to cooling off of the situation in the Near East. Austria, France stopped reporting fuel oil from 1.1.2025. Germany has increased Other indirect taxes from 1.1.2025. Denmark, Hungary, Luxembourg and Romania have increased excises from 1.1.2025. Portugal lowered Other indirect taxes on all the fuels and increased excises on Eurosuper and Diesel. Sweden lowered excise tax on Eurosuper, but increased excise tax on other fuels from 1.1.2025. Slovakia increased VAT from 20% to 23% from 1.1.2025. Austria, Latvia, increased Other indirect taxes from 1.1.2025. France increased excises on Euro 95 and Diesel from 1.1.2025. Poland increased excises and share of fossil component for Euro 95 and Diesel. FINAL NEW RECALCULATED EU AND EUR AVERAGES from 2023 based on new weights (annual consumption in 2023)!
