Launched by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation with the support of other partners, the Transition Point is a mobile face-to-face service center dedicated to provide advices for improving thermal comfort of residents’ houses, with information on energy bills, financing possibilities for homes renovation and assistance, as well as free home energy assessments.
