RECAH has published a report presenting and analysing findings from the cross-border energy community workshops they delivered in collaboration with DG Regio. The report provides insights on the drivers, barriers and funding opportunities for cross-border energy communities; it presents case studies of existing cross-border initiatives and projects, and maps relevant stakeholders across the European Union.
