Spring is in the air and that means it’s time for pollination! This is when insects transfer pollen between flowers.

However,  pollution, pesticides, and climate change threaten our pollinators. Without them, essential crops and plants would struggle to reproduce, affecting food production and ecosystem biodiversity. Protecting pollinators is vital for sustaining healthy environments and wildlife.

But how much do you know about pollinators? “Know your pollinators” is a game available in print or online that explains the different types of pollinators. The more you know about these wonderful and precious creatures, the bigger your chances of winning.
