Vivid Economics organised on 24 March 2021 an expert workshop on the Market Stability Reserve, as part of a contract with the European Commission. The real-world fuel and energy consumption of new cars and vans will be collected as of 2021 under a new Implementing Regulation adopted by the Commission on 4 March 2021.
