Throughout 2021, this event’s outputs will form the basis of several other CMA events focusing on various sectoral stakeholders in the Black Sea region. Its results will also help to design a roadmap supporting research and innovation, as well as investments in CMA priority sectors, for a more sustainable and resilient blue economy. In addition, opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors will be identified alongside policy needs. For policymakers, there will be a special focus on opportunities to build upon the COVID-19 recovery as well as boosting the long-term resilience and sustainability of the relevant sectors.
