Technical Article – REPLACE Project: Keeping the heat on in times of crisis

The REPLACE Project had a unique approach to bringing together key players at the local level to design and implement effective, tailor-made measures to support the clean heat transition in its pilot regions. This article summarises their efforts to transition from fossil fuel-based residential heating and cooling systems to clean alternatives.

CEF Energy in the Energy Infrastructure Forum (12 June)

CINEA was represented in a high-level panel with a focus on the key role of CEF Energy in supporting the implementation of crucial PCIs for the security of supply in the EU. A ceremony to mark the signature of the GreenSwitch grant agreement took place. The project received more than €73 million of support to contribute to a stronger and more secured European grid, which is also ready to integrate renewables.
