The manual for publishing qualifications and learning opportunities to the new Europass platform is now available. 

The manual is structured in two parts with information on publishing qualifications (p. 7 - 27) and learning opportunities and qualifications (p. 28 – 51).

Regarding learning opportunities, the manual provides detailed instructions on how to publish learning opportunities on QDR (the Qualifications Dataset Register QDR) using the Learning Opportunities Metadata Schemata (LOMS). The approach follows the established system currently used for publishing information on qualifications on the QDR. Information on the LOMS, including required fields, are included in p. 32 of the manual.
