Aliona Siniova is founder and CEO of NGO "Women in Information and Cyber Security", and a co-founder and information security lead at Infinx, an Information and Cyber Security consultancy firm. She is providing professional advice to public and private sector organisation on the information governance, GRC and Cyber Security.

Previously, she held position as a head of Cyber Security Department at one of the largest IT Integrators in Georgia, coordinating implementation projects for best in class security software solutions (SIEM, DLP, Data Classification, PAM, etc) to fit customers' needs.

She was the first women working in GOV CERT, responsible for the overall security strategy of development Security Operation Center and information security, data protection, business continuity management, and additional industry requirements such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ENISA requirements, SIM3 model, etc.

She is Certified ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and has CISM certification.

Currently working as an Information Security Consultant for VTB Bank Georgia.

Bachelor in Business Management and Administration, I have several Masters Programs, including: Information Security Management, Project Management and Planning, and specialization courses in business management, applied technologies, also, different diplomas in National Defense.
On October 1, 2012, I joined the Office of Strategic Affairs of the National Securty Department and, currently, I am the Head of the Cybersecurity and Fight against Disinformation Unit of the National Security Department.
