At the beginning of the year, the eDelivery team published its 2025 calendar, highlighting a rich line-up of events we will be hosting or attending throughout the year. These events are designed to help our community stay informed, build connections and explore the latest developments and practices in eDelivery.

With the first eDelivery Interoperability Forum meeting held on February 27 now in the rearview mirror, many more events await as we move through the year. You can read more about the outcomes of this last meeting here.

How-to video on Domibus 5.1 and 5.2 new features

Q4 2025

Following the release of Domibus 5.2, a new video will be launched to provide in-depth insights into the latest features and improvements. The video will guide you through the new features, changes and additions in these latest versions of Domibus, helping you more easily learn about the European Commission's sample AS4 implementation. The video will be a valuable resource for anyone looking to obtain a quick run-through the highlights of recent releases of the Domibus product.

Membership-based eDelivery events

eDelivery Informal Cooperation Network

The first eDelivery Informal Cooperation Network (ICN) meeting of 2025 will take place in May, followed by the second one in November.

The eDelivery Informal Cooperation Network offers Member States’ representatives the chance to connect and receive the latest policy updates. ICN members play a key role in implementing eDelivery projects at the national level and serve as contact points for their countries.

The exact date for the second ICN meeting in 2025 will be announced later in the year.

eDelivery Interoperability Event

To support the adoption of the eDelivery 2.0 specifications, we are organising another eDelivery Interoperability Event. This event provides a platform where implementers can test and refine their proof-of-concept solutions against each other using the eDelivery AS4 2.0 specifications in a collaborative environment.

eDelivery Interoperability Forum

The eDelivery Interoperability Forum is a platform for software and service vendors to connect with the eDelivery team and exchange ideas, ensuring that solutions using eDelivery are interoperable. In 2025, we will continue the discussion, present eDelivery updates and insights, as well as feature new, insightful presentations on eDelivery ecosystems.

The Europe goes Once-Only – Lithuania edition event is aimed at technical leads and coordinators, focusing on assisting Member States with the preparation for live transactions and the rollout of Once-Only services. The event will emphasise the initiative's contribution to enhancing European interoperability and initiatives.

The Document-free Single Market. A vision for the SDG 2.0

This event will bring together experts from the public and private sectors to discuss the Single Digital Gateway 2.0 and the future of the Single Market. Participants from EU Institutions, Member States and the private sector will present ideas for a document-free Single Market aimed at enhancing competitiveness and innovation. The event will focus on current tools and initiatives designed to reduce bureaucracy and simplify processes for EU businesses and citizens, while also exploring new possibilities and strategies for advancing the Single Market.

Peppol Conference

This event caters to government policymakers, service providers, software vendors, industry associations and businesses engaged in digital invoicing and tax reporting. The conference will delve into the newest initiatives from policymakers and industry leaders, the decentralised five-corner model, Peppol's partnership with tax administrations for the ViDA initiative, forthcoming mandates in Europe and additional topics.

SEMIC Conference 2025

The SEMIC conference, organised annually by the European Commission, is an important event that focuses on semantic interoperability. It brings together experts and decision-makers from European public administrations, EU institutions, agencies and the private sector to exchange experiences in data management and highlight the importance of semantic interoperability.

The SEMIC conference provides a valuable opportunity for networking and connecting with experts from Europe and beyond.
