How to access our help Desk and communities using EU login
To join our of our Building Block Communities, or to use our Help Desk to request assistance, you'll first need an EU login account. Follow our step by step guide below to set up your secure EU login account.
EU login is the Authentication service of the European Commission. It is free, secure, and allows you to connect to the various web services of the institutions. You'll need it to access the Building Blocks Help Desk and Communities. Check out the guide below, and when ready, click on the link on the right to create your account. Your account will be created instantly. You will then need to return to the access request page or the Help Desk to submit your Community access request.
How to create an EU login

Please go to the EU Account creation webpage by clicking this link.
Once you are on the “create an account” page please enter the requested information in the provided fields; your first name, last name, your email address, and then enter the on-page verification code. Tick the privacy statement box if you agree and click “Create an account”.


You will normally receive a confirmation email at the address you shared. There will be a link in the email to create your password. Click it to proceed. Please enter your password in the “New password” field. Your password must have at least 10 characters and include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Retype your selected password in the “Confirm new password” field. Now click submit. Congratulations you now have an EU Login account.

Two-factor authentication (OPTIONAL) As an optional step, you can set up Two-factor authentication for added security. Download the EU Login Mobile app from your major app store of choice. Follow the in-app instructions to set up your Two-factor authentication verification method of choice.
