Visit to Lebanon (27-28 October)
The European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Štefan Füle, will visit Lebanon on 27 and 28 October. It will be his first visit in the country and his discussions with Lebanese partners will focus on strengthening the relations between the European Union and Lebanon as well as supporting the reform process there through the revised European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP). In Beirut Commissioner Füle will meet with the President of the Republic Michel Sleiman, Speaker of Parliament Nabih Berri, Prime Minister Nagib Mikati, Minister of Foreign Affairs Adnan Mansour and other members of the government as well as representatives of the civil society.
