European Union allocates €178.5 million for Serbia's National Programme for EU integration

Ambassador Vincent Degert, Head of Delegation of the European Union to Serbia, and Mr Bozidar Djelić, Serbian Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, today signed a financial agreement between the European Commission and the Serbian Government on the National Programme for the Republic of Serbia for 2011, worth €178.5 million. The funds will be used for projects which will help Serbia implement reforms needed for future EU membership and bring direct benefits for Serbian citizens.
