Background

The Commission launched the photo competition #MySocialRights for young people between the ages of 18 and 30 living in the EU and willing to express their view about their social rights and reflect on pressing social issues.

They were asked the question “How do you perceive your social rights in Europe?” and encouraged to answer with a photo, focusing on one of the 20 principles of the European Pillar of Social Rights. The competition ran from 13 April until 1 May 2018.
