PES Network has a new website

The PES Network is pleased to announce a new website with extra news, social media, recommended reading and regular in-depth analysis of key EU labour market issues.

The website presents information about the PES Network, its members, mission and core values, along with a series of interesting documents and papers related to public employment services, both from within the Network and beyond.

This new website is an interactive complement to the existing Commission webpage, where you can find the latest documents published by the Network on the Knowledge Centre and the latest PES Practices.

You are welcome to sign up for email updates of PES news, recommended reading and monthly EU labour market bulletins.

For example, the latest EU labour market bulletin underlines that the basic rule “the higher the level of education the lower the risk of unemployment”, remains true in all Member States of the PES Network (EU, Iceland and Norway), with just two tiny exceptions, and although there are fewer and fewer people with low qualifications on the labour market across Europe, the discrepancy continues to increase despite this development.
