Latest update of the MISSOC information on national social protection systems now available
Updated information (as of January 2020) on social protection systems in all EU Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland – including brief descriptions of their organisation and information on the social protection of the self-employed – is now available in English, French and German on the MISSOC website.

Coronavirus: European Commission calls for action in protecting seasonal workers
The European Commission presented today guidelines to ensure the protection of seasonal workers in the EU in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. It provides guidance to national authorities, labour inspectorates, and social partners to guarantee the rights, health and safety of seasonal workers, and to ensure that seasonal workers are aware of their rights.
