Greece: €1.5 million from European Globalisation Adjustment Fund to support dismissed workers
Today, the European Commission proposed to support 206 workers made redundant in businesses producing household appliances in Attica, Greece, with €1.5 million from the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund for Displaced Workers (EGF). The funding will help these people find new jobs through tailored guidance and advice, training and support to start their own business.

Commission adopts €808 million Partnership Agreement with Denmark for 2021-2027
The Commission adopted its Partnership Agreement with Denmark, setting out Denmark's €808 million cohesion policy investment strategy for the period 2021-2027. The funds will support Denmark in promoting economic, social and territorial cohesion, with a focus on key EU priorities such as the green and digital transition.

Commissioner Ferreira visits projects focusing on digital technologies in Denmark
Elisa Ferreira, European Commissioner for Cohesion and Reforms, visited the Regional Lighthouse project on the island of Funen, co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) and. The visit marked the launch of the Partnership Agreement with Denmark for implementing EU’s Cohesion Policy funds in the new programming period 2021-2027.

Commission adopts €21.4 billion Partnership Agreement with Czechia for 2021-2027
The Commission adopted its Partnership Agreement with Czechia, laying down the country's cohesion policy investment strategy worth €21.4 billion for the period 2021-2027. Cohesion policy funds will continue to support the Czech regions in promoting economic, social and territorial cohesion and embracing key EU priorities such as the green and digital transition, including clean transport.
