The European Alliance for Apprenticeships (EAfA) has reached 300 members, a huge milestone in strengthening the quality, supply and overall image of apprenticeships across Europe.

Joining as our 300th member, the Czech Association for Virtual and Augmented Reality (AVRAR) is aiming to promote Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR/AR) technologies within apprenticeships in Czechia and Slovakia.

Event Manager, Adam Skokan explained “As the Apprenticeships are not so developed in Czechia, we are looking for great companies to collaborate with so that we can experience the benefits apprenticeships can provide. We started working with a team of two apprentices, but after joining EAfA, the team is bigger and much more productive than ever before.”

As part of the Alliance, AVRAR is looking to learn from the excellent work being undertaken by the other members, helping them to enhance the image of apprenticeships in the digital and technological industry. Speaking on what AVRAR is hoping to achieve as a member of the EAfA, Adam Skokan stated “Our ideas are limitless, but we are hoping to get at least a base number of great apprentices, by learning from the EAfA network and increasing the quality of our apprenticeship schemes.”

Thank you to all EAfA members for the enthusiasm and commitment to improving the apprenticeships’ systems throughout Europe. We welcome more organisations and companies to join the Alliance. Find out more about EAfA and how to join.
