Talentjourney held a co-creative workshop with Slovenian ecosystem stakeholders on Wednesday, 1 July 2020 at the Nova Gorica School Center premises. The workshop brought together all of the Slovenian partners of the CoVE project Talentjourney.

It was the first of a serie of co-creative workshops that includes various stakeholders sharing their expertise and ideas, that are necessary to identify the right competence framework for IIoT profiles, that will be delivered through transnational vocational curricula and life-long training.

Similar workshops will be organised in Finland, Estonia and Italy. In the next phase, national and regional smart specialisation chains will also be included.

All participants of the workshop shared the same opinion that IoT creates value by supporting the transformation of conventional business models. In the near future, IoT will drive most of the manufacturing processes – from product development to customer service.

About Talentjourney

The Talentjourney project brings together various stakeholders and experts at the local, regional, national and international level to share their expertise in the field of Industrial IoT.

The Platform is being designed as a live and virtual hub for connecting and sharing knowledge, skills, experiences, ideas, and innovative projects among different professionals such as company experts, tutors, researchers, and learners.

The project partnership aims to design and establish an advanced vocational education and training (VET) system that is agile, responsive, and fosters innovation in industry and society, providing both young people as well as adults with the skills they need to pursue a profession in IIoT.

Their work is pursued through three main dimensions:

  1. user-oriented,
  2. environment-friendly,
  3. simplifying everyday life and work processes.
