The Learning Exchange on the use of ICT/e-services to improve employment and social security administration services took place on 3 February 2016 in London, UK, and focused on the digital delivery of employment and social security administration services in the United Kingdom, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain.

The aim of the Learning Exchange was to foster a discussion on the innovative developments in relation to digital delivery of employment and social security administration services, the challenges experienced in designing and delivering these services, and how these challenges have been overcome.

The Learning Exchange was hosted by the UK Department for Work and Pensions.
