1st Meeting of the PES Network Working Group on Quality Management
This was the first meeting of a new Working Group (WG) for the 2021-2022 Work Programme aiming to exchange and learn between PES at different stages in their development of quality management approaches.
The online discussions were supported by Thematic Expert Johann Sauermann and included an overview of the function, challenges, good practices and crucial points to consider in the development of quality management approaches by PES. It also saw a round table on the current situation of quality management in the participating PES.
The meeting set out the expectations, priorities and scope for future WG meetings, including starting to identify concrete topics to be covered.
The event was jointly hosted by the Austrian PES (AMS) and German PES (BA) and brought together PES representatives from Belgium (Actiris and VDAB), Croatia, Estonia, Iceland, Lithuania, Portugal, and Spain.
The 2nd Meeting of the WG on Quality Management took place in February 2022.
