This online event continued the Mutual Assistance Project (MAP) in support of enhanced human resources management in the Lithuanian Public Employment Service, UZT.

The discussions built on exchanges from the 1^st online workshop of the Lithuanian PES MAP of 22-23 June 2021 to reflect further on the planned changes to the performance management system of the Lithuanian PES and expected challenges, as well as the importance and challenges of changing organisational culture.

Representatives from the LT PES were supported by inputs and presentations from the regional PES for Brussels (Actiris) on approaches to staff development and incentivisation, as well as on the use of key performance indicators by the Estonia PES.
