Following the 2020 working group dedicated to PES visibility, a new working group focusing on the same topic met for the first time on 16 June 2021.

Discussions at the first meeting included a round table on the current internal organisational structures of participating PES with regards internal and external communications activities.

Exchanges between PES then focused on two areas of focus:

1. Finding the right channels for internal communication, including presentations from the regional PES for Wallonia, Belgium (Le Forem) and the Lithuanian PES (UZT)
2. Involvement of employees in internal communication including an inspiring practice presented by the PES from Estonia (Tootukassa)

The Working Group has been expanded compared to last year to now include nine PES, including those from Austria, Belgium (Wallonia), Bulgaria, Denmark, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia and the Netherlands, chaired by the Estonian PES. Discussions at this WG concluded with an update on voluntary joint PES projects already underway.

The 2^nd WG meeting on PES visibility and branding took place in October 2022.
