This online meeting provided further input into the definition of future activities under the scope of the mutual assistance project for Actiris’ digital transformation.

The event started with a presentation from Actiris of the current activities and plans for its digital reform process, as well as the kind of peer inputs and examples they are interested to learn more about.

There followed three peer-PES presentations on relevant examples:

• The Dutch PES (UWV) provided an overview of its online service delivery:
• The Swedish PES (Arbetsförmedlingen) presented their experience with self-service models for employers and jobseekers.
• The French PES (Pôle Emploi) presented some of its latest digital practices, including support methods for the most independent jobseekers.

The event built directly from the outcomes of the 2nd online workshop of the Brussels Region PES Mutual Assistance Project, seeking to maintain and build the momentum generated by the success of this PES Network project in helping the Belgian-Brussels PES in its digital transformation.
