The European Union is offering this webinar to representatives from microfinance institutions (MFI) interested in enhancing their skills on facilitating highly productive online meetings for their staff, partners and clients. The webinar will take place on 19 November.

This session is part of the webinar series “Leaders in a digital era” aiming to equip microfinance institutions with the necessary skills and understanding of tools to effectively lead a team online and conduct successful digital meetings and trainings.

Online meetings have become a normal part of a team’s everyday workflow but the increase in volume has also brought challenges and questions of how to ensure they are well tailored and efficient. During this webinar, the speaker will provide tips and tricks in the following main topics:

• The most important rules of setting-up and moderating online meetings;
• An overview of available tools and functions for online meetings, specifically suited to the needs of MFIs;
• How to define the topic, the goal and desired outcome in order to deliver a successful and effective meeting;
• How to better engage your participants when working online together.

The webinar is funded by the EU programme for Employment and Social Innovation (EaSI) and participation is free of charge.
