Enya van Egmond, 24, from the Netherlands, was born with no left hand and foot. About 2 years ago, she finally received a bionic hand. Enya is both a model and a sport and movement student. She loves going to the gym and says she would be boring if she was ‘normal’ with two hands and two feet. She also loves being a bionic women, and is active on social media, calling herself Bionic_pippi. She wants to share her journey both for herself and to show that being an amputee should not hold anyone back. She has 283 500 followers on TikTok and 38 100 on Instagram. Her goal is to inspire other amputees to work out and model, to show the world there is no difference between people with or without limbs.
