The European Commission announced the winners of the 2021 edition of the REGIOSTARS Awards during an online ceremony hosted by Commissioner for Cohesion and Reforms, Elisa Ferreira and European Commission Vice-President for Democracy and Demography Dubravka Šuica. This year’s REGIOSTARS competition received a record 214 applications and 14,156 people voted in the public choice’s category.
“Europe in my region” is an umbrella communication initiative that aims to feature the actions of the EU in the regions of the 27 Member States.
