Guidance note on Programming of technical assistance in the 2007-2013 period

Following a series of requests from several Member States on the programming of technical assistance for 2007-2013, it is necessary to provide clarification. These requests concern two types of issue arising from the provisions of Regulation (EC) 1083/2006 laying down general provisions on the European Regional development Fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1260/1999 (the general Regulation), especially Article 46.
