As follow-up to the seminar on programming that was web-streamed on 5-6 March 2020 the European Commission is organising a technical webinar that will focus on the legal provisions on technical assistance and capacity building for 2021-2027. Speakers from the Commission will cover relevant articles and annexes of the proposed common provisions regulation (CPR) and the fund specific regulations and also present tools developed by the Commission for supporting administrative capacity building. Presentations will cover questions asked by Member States that were sent before and in the context of the March seminar.
