While preparing a proposal it may appear that however experienced you are in your specific fields of competence, you do not entirely possess all the expertise needed to implement some of the envisaged activities or that you are not familiar with experts or resource persons in other EU countries working in the same domain. In order to make the proposal more relevant and efficient, you will have to rely on more partners.
