Commissioner Stella Kyriakides, in charge of Health and Food Safety, will deliver the opening remarks of the meeting. Members will exchange views on the recently adopted Farm to Fork Strategy and food-waste related actions, and will also share recent food waste prevention actions taken in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The meeting will be chaired by Sabine Jülicher, Director for Food and Feed Safety & Innovation at DG SANTE.
