Project name: SOVIR - weather emergency warning system

Event format: due to climate change, Slovenia is experiencing increasingly frequent weather-related emergencies. The SOVIR project steps in by developing effective informing of dangerous weather conditions and investing into better information infrastructure, including the Kredarica high mountain observatory. Kredarica is also the venue where the project is organising a presentation of its activites, including contract signing, additional music programme and transport with the Slovenian army helicopter.
