The 5th EUSALP Annual Forum will take place on 14-15 December! Follow it!

Bringing together seven countries and close to 50 regions, the EUSALP is committed to meeting the specific needs of the area in terms of tourism, biodiversity, agriculture, mobility, and energy, among others.
This edition will mark the closing of the 2020-2021 French presidency, looking back at two years of successful cooperation in the Alpine region, with the purpose of facing climate change and promoting adaptation to its effects.
On the programme?
First, a presentation of the achievements and highlights of EUSALP in 2021 for the French presidency and a review of the prospects for 2022 with the future Italian presidency. Participants will then have the opportunity to take part in three round tables to discuss the EUSALP involvement in the fight against climate change and the transition to a more sustainable future.
To end the first day on a high note, the final of the “Pitch Your Project” competition will take centre stage. This project, dedicated to youth, gives the best applicants the chance to pitch their ideas for a sustainable development of the Alpine Region in front of decision-makers from the European Commission and the Alpine countries and regions.
On 15 December, the second day of the event, several workshops will occur, addressing themes as diverse as sustainable tourism, alternative fuels, or job markets in the Alpine region.
