Call for proposals for access to JRC ELSA HopLab

Priority topics may address, but are not limited to:

·         security of buildings, transport infrastructure and public spaces concerning the threat of fast dynamic loading

·         dual use applications

·         circular materials and manufacturing processes

·         material/structural component testing at high loading-rate conditions (blast, impact) and high/low temperatures or fire.

Prospective applicants are strongly encouraged to contact JRC-OPEN-ELSA@ec.europa.eu for clarifying matters concerning the technical capabilities of the facility, feasibility, cost, time schedule, etc.
