⚖️ Open Consultations – Have your Say!

The European Commission is taking active steps to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across its institutions. In April 2025, it launched two open public consultations to help shape a new LGBTIQ Equality Strategy beyond 2025. This move builds on the Commission’s ongoing DEI Action Plan (2023–2024), which follows a 2021 staff survey that gathered input from over 10,000 colleagues. These consultations aim to ensure that future strategies reflect the lived experiences and needs of staff and citizens alike, covering gender equality, anti-racism, LGBTIQ rights, disability inclusion, and more. Have your say and help shape a more inclusive European Union!
