JUSTICE AND CONSUMERS - Make yourself heard – participate in the European study on assessing diversity and inclusion policies in organisations

A study has been commissioned by the European Commission DG Justice and Consumers (DG JUST) and is conducted by a consortium led by Risk & Policy Analysts (RPA). Can we rely on your support to this new research on existing diversity and inclusion policies? The study began in early June 2024, so you still have time to contribute!

The objective of this study is twofold:

To research the benefits and potential business case for private and public organisations to pursue diversity and inclusion policies; and,
To research the impact of signing a Diversity Charter on developing diversity and inclusion policies in an organisation.

The study team is currently mapping out the situation across the EU-27 Member States and would be grateful for:

Relevant studies, documents and data related to diversity and inclusion policies and practices, in particular sources assessing their impact,
Suggestions of stakeholders and volunteers to be consulted or interviewed across EU-27 Member States;
Suggestions for private companies and public sector organisations that could serve as good practice examples and initiatives.
