This exclusive annual event took place at the end of November, aiming to recognize and celebrate organizations that have demonstrated outstanding commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in Hungary. It also served as an opportunity for HBLF members and signatories of the EU Diversity Charter to come together, share best practices, and build valuable relationships.

HBLF welcomed the new signatories committed to creating more diverse and inclusive workplaces as the representatives of companies took the stage to sign the EU Diversity Charter. We are proud to share that the number of Charter members increased by 30% in 2023. The highlight of the evening was the HBLF Diversity Awards Ceremony: every year, HBLF recognizes organizations for their outstanding efforts to promote diversity in different categories for large or small organizations with a general or focused diversity-related corporate activity, while the HBLF „Media for Diversity” award recognizes organizations that use their external communication or media platform to promote and advance inclusion and equal opportunities.
