ENNHRI has celebrated its 10th anniversary!

Do you know this network and its activities? It's one of CERV framework partners.

date:  01/12/2023

ENNHRI (European Network of National Human Rights Institutions) brings together over 40 National Human Rights Institutions (NHRIs) across Europe to enhance the promotion and protection of human rights. The network provides a platform for collaboration and solidarity in addressing human rights challenges and ensures a common voice at European level.

2023 has been not only a special year for ENNHRI, but for the wider human rights and NHRI community. It marks both the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the 30th anniversary of the UN Paris Principles (the global standards for the strengthening and establishment of NHRIs).

For that reason, on 10th October 2023, ENNHRI organised an event focused on “Advancing Human Rights, Democracy and Rule of Law at a Critical Time in Europe: The Role of NHRIs and ENNHRI.”
