HBLF X Mentor Executive Program Held Its First Exclusive Workshop for Board Candidates

The issue of gender equality became even more important in the light of the new European Union directive, according to which the underrepresented gender must reach a minimum of 33% in the executive board in listed companies.

In 2023, therefore, the Hungarian Business Leaders Forum (HBLF) launched the HBLF Xmentor Executive program for newly appointed board members and partners or candidates. In addition to a year-long mentoring, HBLF provides 4 premium workshops. The first event was the Fireside Chat that took place in September in Budapest: the mentees could learn from prominent Hungarian business leaders who shared the experiences they gained as board members and leading decision-makers and offered an inside look into their career path, milestones, and challenges.
