The U.S. national action plan falls within the main priorities of the White House inter-agency group led by staff of the Domestic Policy Council and the National Security Council to increase and better coordinate U.S. Government efforts to counter antisemitism, anti-Muslim hatred, and related forms of bias and discrimination within the United States.

Katharina von Schnurbein shared EU best practices on developing its own first ever EU Strategy on combating antisemitism and fostering Jewish life and stated:

"This meeting is an expression of the close transatlantic ties in the fight against antisemitism and other bigotry. Strategizing and exchanging best practices on action plans against antisemitism is fruitful. We don’t have to reinvent the wheel but can learn from each other.”

U.S. Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff welcomed special envoys at the White House, alongside White House senior officials and Deborah Lipstadt, U.S. Special Envoy for Monitoring and Combating Antisemitism.

Beyond the EU Coordinator, the delegation included envoys and coordinators of Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, Norway and the Organisation of American States. The envoys also held a hearing with the Bi-partisan Task force on antisemitism at the U.S. House of Representatives and met with Senators Ben Cardin and Jacky Rosen.

Meetings were also held at Miami and Los Angeles City Councils. The meetings were convened by the American Jewish Committee.
