Signatory Event
Once a year in September we have our Signatory Event. This year we welcomed fifty new members/signatories, which is almost 100% more than last year. The biggest reason is that we are extremely focused to attract new signatories through personal meetings and offer relevant seminars.
Our speakers were for example Géraldine Dufort, Head of Diversity and inclusion office in the EU Commission’s HR department to show our connection with the EU Commission. We also had Johan Torgeby president at SEB. SEB is one of the biggest banks in Sweden and they were also a generous host for the whole event that was hybrid. We have decided to use the same theme as Diversity Month´s so this year was “Building bridges.

Monthly digital live seminars
So far this fall our monthly digital live seminars (last Friday every month) have cover subjects like “Who can be seen and heard” (target group marketing and communication departments) and “Diversity and the connection to business benefit" (target group management teams). We try to have different themes to attract diverse groups within the organizations. We record all of our seminars and keep them in our own YouTube-channel.

Regional meetings
As a complement to our seminars, we offer regional meetings in the three biggest cities in Sweden; Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö. The focus is to build network and make every attendance more active since we divided them into small groups where they can discuss a certain subject for example “how to measure diversity.”
