The Conference, which was held on October 5th, 2022, at Zappeion Hall, was honored with the presence and valuable statements of institutional bodies of the State, such as the Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Affairs, Dr. Domna Michaelidou, who represented the Prime Minister's Office, the Governor of Attica Region, Mr. Giorgos Patoulis and the Vice-President of the European Parliament, Ms. Eva Kaili.

Great excitement and admiration were raised by the participation of Mrs Myrtha Casanova, President of the European Institute for Managing Diversity, an accomplished woman who has given her own personal and remarkable struggle for diversity and inclusion issues internationally.

At the same time, the "Fireside Chats" kept the audience's interest undiminished until the end, with success stories, inspirational talks and discussions with real content. Speakers from important companies, public institutions and organisations managed to inspire us further and lay the foundations for the next day of diversity & inclusion.

This year's 4th Diversity in Business Conference is worth keeping a lot, but what will surely stay with us is what Mr. Stavros Milionis, Founder of Diversity Charter Greece and President of KEAN, mentioned at the end of his speech, referring to Manolis Rasoulis' verse, "Imagine that just one note is enough and the whole tune changes."
