The aim of EU funding is to translate EU policies into tangible results on the ground in line with the Commission Communication ‘Ensuring justice in the EU — a European judicial training strategy for 2021-2024’.

The objective of this procurement is to build the precise definition and concept of an eLearning capsule, its technical characteristics and methodology and deliver the template of the eLearning capsule, further to identify topics and substance of capsules required to answer all EU law related training needs of justice professionals and finally to deliver 40 eLearning capsules in all EU official languages on topics selected from those identified.
