It seeks to address the need to raise awareness among the members of the judiciary and lawyers in private practice on the application of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights (EU Charter) with a particular focus on Article 47 (right to an effective remedy and to a fair trial).

In the framework of the project, they developed very interesting training materials and a good library with legislation and case law that deserve a broad dissemination.
