CERV programme – stakeholder analysis and monitoring framework

The European Commission’s Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers has contracted a team of independent researchers led by Tetra Tech to undertake a comprehensive study to support the new “Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values programme

Central in the new programme is the Union values strand. The objective is to support the protection and promotion of the rule of law, fundamental rights and democracy through funding for small and grassroots civil society organisations in EU Member States. 

We would like to invite your organisation to respond to an online survey, which forms an important part of the assessment as it will allow us to collect evidence of the current civil society national and local landscape in all EU Member States

Your contribution will be confidential and should not take more than 15 minutes to complete. The survey is available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Polish. You can select your language of preference on the right-hand side of the survey page. It will remain open until Friday 24th September and it is accessible at this link:
