Presenting testimonies of organizations that have already taken the first step in this mission and with practical tips on how to implement an inclusive recruitment strategy, "this Guide to an Inclusive Recruitment, which accompanies all phases of the process, is the result of an enormous team spirit, and a lot of dedication and commitment from our associates and signatories’ entities of the APPDI Employability Working Group. Adapted for all types of organizations, this Guide promises to be a source of inspiration, but also of support in the development of more diverse, inclusive and comfortable working environments, where respect and individual appreciation are priorities.”, says Paula Carneiro, President of APPDI.
