First, by inviting to join practices of governmental and non-governmenal organizations active on a European level; second, by promoting awareness among professionals involved in a role of employers or employment facilitators; and third, by encouraging various individual and collective members of the society to join action in local organizations. As a result, various sources for good practises of inclusive workspaces, stories, discussions and articles ( 15min.lt had dedicated the campaign a separate column) as well as external and internal workplace communication tools, exemplary methods and applicable literature were made available for the public reach, hoping they would foster stronger presence of diversity communication among both employers and employees.

During the campaign ''May in Diversity'', the initiative proved most visible in the media, namely through the contributions led by the 15min.lt. The news website in cooperation with ''Rimi Lietuva', which, for the second year in a row, dedicates the month of May for the diversity cause, broadcasted 5 virtual discussions on diversity, that involved various society members, active in the fields of psychology, organization education, employment of the disabled persons, foreigners’ integration, grassroots action and institutional equality observance. During the five online discussions (all of which were translated into sign language), the participants raised topics of workplace stereotypes, motives behind insecurities, challenges of integration experienced by the immigrants, modes for successful community action, and forces that drive the development of equal opportunities.
