Ilijana Šuligoj Javornik, RLS Merilna tehnika d.o.o., said that every company has its own culture and this needs to be taken into account. Diversity should be integrated into the culture of the company. Special attention needs to be paid to small businesses that expect growth in the future. Namely, culture and values are always built from the top down, and this must also be taken into account when choosing leaders. Which means that we choose them appropriately and that the leadership in these roles also supports them appropriately, otherwise it can happen that we build a culture within the culture, which is not good.
