The main results are:

• European and national policy recommendations
• Toolkit for local administrations, public (and private) services and practitioners to develop this new approach of working.
• Other results include a European survey and literature review report, local mappings in the 4 countries (overview of the context and main issues related to integration of ECEC services) and a description of the 4 pilot actions which took place in Belgium, Italy, Slovenia and Portugal.
